Cancellation Policy

Please notify Rachel 48 hours prior to your appointment if you wish to reschedule or cancel, this will incur no charge, providing the treatment is rebooked within 8 weeks of the original booking date. Treatments booked outside of this window will lose the consultation fee and be required to pay the full treatment price.

Any appointments that are cancelled/rescheduled less than 48 hours, but more than 24 hours will lose their consultation fee. Any appointments that are cancelled/rescheduled less than 24hrs will be required to pay half the booked treatment cost (consultation fee not included).

If you do not arrive for your appointment, you will be required to pay for the full cost of the treatment booked (consultation fee not included).
